This model features two connected Evolution Boilerless Convection Steamers equipped with Steam Vector Technology. They are electric and can accommodate six 12 in x 20 in x 2-1/2 in deep pans in each compartment. The steamers come with digital controls and require plumbed water and drain connections. Notably, the warranty remains valid regardless of water quality, and there is no need for additional water filtration. Each unit operates at 6kW and requires a 208/60/1ph connection with two 5 cords and a NEMA L6-30P plug. Certified cULus and UL EPH classified, this product is made in the USA and is ENERGY STAR ® qualified. A stand is included in your chosen configuration.
