It has a capacity for four 12 x 20 inch pans and includes two chrome-plated side racks spaced 2-15/16 inches apart. Crafted with a heavy-duty stainless steel exterior, the cabinet is equipped with 3-1/2 inch casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—for easy mobility. This model is EcoSmart ® certified and meets various safety standards, including cULus, UL EPH ANSI/NSF 4, CE, IPX3, TUV NORD, and EAC.
