The ExpressTouch control panel features a two-speed reversing fan, retherm mode, moisture injection, and six levels of browning. Energy-efficient operation is supported through reduced energy settings, steam venting, a delayed start timer, a shelf timer, and a USB port. Additional features include the CombiClean ® system, a hand sprayer kit, two shelves, and a robust stainless steel construction with adjustable bullet legs. It meets various certifications, including EcoSmart ®, cULus, UL EPH ANSI/NSF 4, CE, EAC, and IPX4.
