The Vector ® H Series Multi-Cook Oven features electric operation and consists of three individually controlled cooking chambers, accommodating three half-size sheet pans or three full-size hotel pans. It is equipped with programmable touch screen controls utilizing Structured Air Technology ®, a double pane glass door for enhanced visibility, and interior LED cavity lighting for optimal illumination. The oven design includes a ventless catalytic converter and comes complete with one wire rack and two jet plates for each cooking chamber.
