The 10-inch smart screen features the Combi Smart cooking system, providing cabinet monitoring and multi-stage programming. This oven supports three cooking methods: steam, convection, and combination, ensuring maximum steam saturation and humidity control. It also includes four manual cooking modes and a temperature range of 86 ° to 500 °F. Maintenance is simplified with six automated wash modes utilizing twin chemical fill tanks, along with an 8-speed fan that balances airflow in reverse. A removable core temperature probe and a high-pressure coil wash hose enhance functionality. Additionally, it offers USB storage and WiFi connectivity.
