The CookRite Range is designed for high-performance cooking, featuring a natural gas setup with dimensions of 60 inches wide, 31 inches deep, and 57-3/8 inches high. It is equipped with ten open burners, each capable of delivering 32,000 BTUs of power. The range includes removable cast iron top grates for easy cleaning and maintenance. Two 26-1/2 inch wide ovens provide ample cooking space, each with two adjustable chrome oven racks. Additional features include a pilot light, a drip tray, and a durable stainless steel construction on the front, back sides, kick plate, back guard, and over shelf. The unit is mobile with four casters and boasts a total output of 374,000 BTUs. It meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards.
