The CookRite Range features LP gas operation and measures 36 inches wide, 31 inches deep, and 57-3/8 inches high. It is equipped with two 32,000 BTU open burners that come with standing pilots, and includes a 24-inch wide, 3/4-inch thick polished steel griddle on the left side. The range also has a 26-1/2-inch wide oven, complete with an oven pilot and a safety shut-off mechanism, as well as two adjustable chrome oven racks, a drip tray, and a variety of stainless steel components including the front, back sides, kick plate, back guard, and overhead shelf. Additionally, it features casters and provides a total output of 121,000 BTUs. The unit meets cETL and ETL-Sanitation standards.
