The CookRite Range is designed for performance and durability, featuring LP gas operation with dimensions of 36 inches in width, 31 inches in depth, and 57-3/8 inches in height. It comes equipped with two open burners, each delivering 32,000 BTUs and supported by standing pilots. On the right side, a polished steel griddle measuring 24 inches in width and 3/4 inch thick complements the cooking surface. The range includes a 26-1/2 inch wide oven with a pilot light that features a safety shut-off mechanism, along with two adjustable chrome oven racks and a drip tray for easy cleanup. The unit is constructed with stainless steel on the front, back sides, kick plate, back guard, and overshelf, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and resilience. Additionally, it is fitted with casters for mobility and boasts a total output of 121,000 BTUs. It meets cETL and ETL-Sanitation standards.
