The CookRite Range is designed for optimal performance, featuring natural gas operation with dimensions of 60 inches wide, 31 inches deep, and 57-3/8 inches high. It is equipped with four 32,000 BTU open burners that utilize standing pilots, along with a 36-inch wide, 3/4-inch thick polished steel griddle located on the right side. The range includes two 26-1/2 inch wide ovens, complete with an oven pilot that includes a safety shutoff. Additionally, it boasts four adjustable chrome oven racks, a drip tray, and a stainless steel construction for the front, back sides, kick plate, back guard, and overshelf. This unit is mounted on casters and delivers a total output of 257,000 BTUs, meeting cETL and ETL sanitation standards.
