ETL-Sanitation

The CookRite Range features a robust LP gas design with dimensions of 60 inches in width, 31 inches in depth, and a height of 57-3/8 inches. It is equipped with six open burners, each delivering 32,000 BTUs with standing pilots for reliable ignition. On the right side, a 24-inch wide, 3/4-inch thick polished steel griddle provides an excellent cooking surface. It includes two 26-1/2 inch wide ovens, equipped with a pilot light and a safety shut-off feature. The range offers four adjustable chrome oven racks and comes with a drip tray for easy cleanup. Its construction features stainless steel on the front, back sides, kick plate, back guard, and over shelf, ensuring durability and easy maintenance. The unit is mounted on casters for mobility and has a total output of 240,000 BTUs, meeting cETL and ETL-Sanitation certifications for safety and sanitation standards.
