The CookRite Fryer is a gas floor model featuring a size of 15-3/5 inches in width, 30-1/10 inches in depth, and 44-2/5 inches in height, with a capacity of 50 lbs. This fryer is equipped with four burners and milivolt control, offering a temperature range from 200 °F to 400 °F. It comes with two nickel-plated baskets that have coated handles, as well as a basket hanger and an oil cooling zone located at the bottom of the tank. The fryer boasts a durable stainless steel construction and is mounted on four casters for easy mobility. It is certified cETLus and ETL-Sanitation compliant.
