The CookRite Fryer is a gas-powered floor model designed for efficiency and versatility, measuring 21-1/10 inches in width, 30-1/10 inches in depth, and 44-2/5 inches in height. With a generous 75 lb. capacity, it is equipped with five burners and standby pilots, allowing for precise temperature control within a range of 200 °F to 400 °F. Safety features include a self-reset high temperature limiting device and a safety valve. This fryer comes with two nickel-plated baskets featuring coated handles, along with a convenient basket hanger. An oil cooling zone is integrated at the bottom of the tank to enhance frying performance. Its sturdy stainless steel construction ensures durability, and it is mounted on four casters for easy mobility. The unit meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards for quality assurance.
