The CookRite Proofer/Heated Cabinet offers an insulated design with a width of 25 inches, capable of accommodating up to 18 standard 18 x 26 pans. It features a transparent polycarbonate door equipped with a remain-open function, making access easy. The unit operates in heating mode with a temperature range of 80 °F to 220 °F, while the proof mode includes 10 humidity levels for optimal food preparation. Controls are conveniently managed through a dial system paired with an LED display. Additional features include a water tray for humidity, detachable slides, and a removable control drawer. Constructed with stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, the cabinet is reinforced with two swivel and two locking casters for mobility. It carries a power rating of 2kW and operates on 120v/60/1-ph power, complete with a cord, and meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards.
