The CookRite Warming / Holding Cabinet offers insulation and a 25-inch width, designed to hold up to nine 18 x 26-inch pans. It features a clear polycarbonate door that remains open for easy access, heating options with a temperature range of 90 °F to 220 °F, and a proofing mode with ten humidity settings. The cabinet is equipped with dial controls, an LED display, a water tray, detachable slides, and a removable control drawer. Crafted from stainless steel, both interior and exterior, it includes two swivel casters and two locking casters. Operating at 2kW and 120v/60/1-ph, it comes with a cord and is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified.
