The CookRite Salamander Broiler features a gas design with dimensions of 36 inches wide, 18 inches deep, and 17-1/3 inches high. It is equipped with two 21,500 BTU ceramic infrared burners and standby pilots, allowing for precise cooking control with dual valve independent manual controls. The broiler offers four rack positions and comes with one removable chrome rack, as well as a removable crumb and grease tray for easy cleaning. Constructed from stainless steel for durability, it provides a total output of 43,000 BTU. This product includes a range mount kit and is certified cETLus and ETL-Sanitation.
