The Axis Full Size Combi Oven features digital controls and comes with four shelves, with the capacity to hold up to ten. It is equipped with a hinged double-pane glass door and three high-speed reversing fans operating at 3200 RPM. The digital programmable controls allow for 99 programs, automatic pre-heating, and up to four cycles per program. It includes an electro valve for direct water connection and a built-in automatic self-cleaning system with three cleaning cycles: Light (45 min), Medium (55 min), and high temperature settings ranging from 86°F to 545°F. The steam function ranges from 0% to 100%, and the oven is constructed from stainless steel. Additionally, it comes with a food probe and holds cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certifications.
