The Axis Vertical Broiler is a natural gas-powered cooking appliance that features three individually controlled infrared burners. With a capacity of 88 lbs and a 24-inch spit, it allows for versatile cooking options. It is equipped with adjustable heat deflectors on both the left and right sides and a removable drip tray for easy cleaning. The dual rails support the cooking process while the enclosed motor enhances operational efficiency. Constructed from stainless steel, this broiler comes with a 24-inch by 31-inch octagonal drip pan and boasts an output of 34,140 BTU. It operates on a 120V/60/1-phase power supply and includes a cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug. This unit is NSF and cETlus certified, and it comes with an LP conversion kit.
