The Gravity Feed Bread Slicer is designed for countertop use with a maximum loaf length of 15 inches. This efficient slicer features 25 blades measuring 9/16 inches, making it capable of slicing multiple loaves. It includes a bagging scoop, a spring-loaded feed mechanism, and a device to push the last loaf through. Powered by a 1/2 horsepower motor, it operates on 110 volts at 60 hertz with a 6-amp draw and has a power consumption of 0.66 kW. It is equipped with a NEMA 5-15P plug and is QPS certified.
