The Gravity Feed Bread Slicer is designed for countertop use, accommodating loaves up to 15 inches in length. It features 15 blades for efficient slicing of multiple loaves at a time. Included with the slicer is a bagging scoop for convenience, a spring-loaded feed mechanism, and a last loaf pusher to ensure all loaves are fully sliced. It operates on a 1/2 hp motor with a 110V/60/1-phase electrical requirement, drawing 6 amps and consuming .66 kW, equipped with a NEMA 5-15P plug and QPS certified.
