The HearthBake Series Oven is a countertop electric model designed for baking pizza and pretzels. Featuring a brick-lined interior, this two-compartment oven boasts a deck height of 2-3/4 inches and includes four removable Cordierite hearth decks, each measuring 20-3/4 inches in width and depth (two per deck). It operates with a thermostat range of 300 °F to 650 °F and is equipped with a 15-minute mechanical timer. The exterior is constructed from stainless steel and comes with a brick-lined conversion kit. With a powerful output of 7,200 watts, this oven is UL EPH Classified, cULus, and CE certified.
