It includes one door and a stainless steel top designed with openings for nine 1/6 and three 1/9 size pans. A removable 10-inch cutting board adds convenience, while two epoxy-coated wire shelves provide storage options. The exterior is crafted from stainless steel, complemented by an aluminum interior. This unit boasts rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration, accommodating pans up to 4 inches deep, with a top capable of fitting 6-inch deep pans. Mobility is enhanced with six casters, two of which have brakes. It utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a 1/10 HP compressor.
