The interior includes (4) shelves, while the exterior boasts a stainless steel finish and the interior is constructed of aluminum. The unit features rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with 1/6 HP. It meets various safety and sanitation standards, including cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation, and is proudly made in the USA. Please note that the provided pans are 4 inches deep, but the tops will also accommodate 6-inch deep pans.
