It offers two doors and a stainless steel top equipped with an opening for 24 units of 1/6 size pans. A convenient 10-inch cutting board and four shelves are included. The exterior boasts stainless steel on the top, front, sides, and doors, while the bottom and back are made of galvanized steel. The interior is constructed from aluminum. This unit is equipped with rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP compressor. Compliance with cULus, UL EPH Classification, and UL Sanitation standards is ensured. Proudly made in the USA.
