The Mega Top Refrigerated Counter features a three-section design with a width of 72 inches and a spacious capacity of 20.02 cu. ft. This model includes three doors and a stainless steel top equipped with an opening suitable for (30) 1/6 size pans. It comes with a 10-inch cutting board and six shelves, providing ample workspace and storage. The unit showcases a durable stainless steel exterior on the top, front, sides, and doors, while the bottom and back are constructed from galvanized steel. Inside, an aluminum interior offers easy cleaning. The rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant with a powerful 1/3 HP compressor. This product meets cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation standards, and is proudly made in the USA. Note that the provided pans are 4 inches deep, with the tops designed to accommodate pans up to 6 inches deep.
