The unit boasts a fire-proof stainless steel top, front, and sides, eliminating the need for a heat shield, along with a full marine drip guard. Its aluminum interior enhances durability, while the side-mounted self-contained refrigeration utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a 1/6 HP compressor. This model meets several safety and sanitation standards, being cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation certified, all while proudly made in the USA.
