This worktop cook stand refrigerator features a one-section design with a width of 48 inches and offers a capacity of 8.59 cubic feet. It includes two drawers for convenient storage, with the top drawer accommodating two 12 in. x 20 in. x 6 in. pans and the bottom drawer offering the same capacity (pans not included). Built with a fire-proof stainless steel top, front, and sides—eliminating the need for a heat shield—it also includes a full marine drip guard and an aluminum interior. The unit is equipped with side-mounted self-contained refrigeration using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a 1/6 HP motor. It is certified cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation, further ensuring its quality and safety, and is proudly made in the USA.
