Equipped with a mechanical thermostat, it boasts a durable QHT Rokite deck. The design includes a spring-assisted door with concealed hinges, a robust full angle iron frame, and crown angle trim. The top, front, and sides are made from stainless steel, supported by 12 in stainless steel legs and a crown angle leg frame. Additionally, it has a flue connector and delivers a powerful output of 85,000 BTU per section. This oven is certified cETLus, NSF, and CE.
