The HydroVection Oven features Helix Technology and offers a full-size capacity to accommodate (5) 18 x 26-inch pans. It is designed with sleek black glass doors and includes (2) halogen lamps for improved visibility. The oven comes equipped with (5) stainless steel racks and offers (10) rack positions for versatile cooking options. A cavity vent is included for efficient heat distribution, along with the SmartTouch2 7-inch touchscreen control for easy operation. The unit boasts a four-speed auto-reversing fan motor complete with overload protection and (3) in-shot burners with direct spark ignition. It also features a 4-inch fillet core probe with cook & hold functionality and a side-mounted hand shower. The interior liner is insulated 304 stainless steel, complemented by stainless steel on the front, top, sides, and back. The oven stands on (25) inch adjustable stainless steel legs and is powered by a robust 3/4 HP motor. It meets cETLus and NSF certifications for safety and sanitation.
