The Turbofan ® Convection Oven is an electric countertop unit designed for compact spaces, measuring 31-7/8 inches in width and 24-1/4 inches in depth. It has a capacity for four 1/2 size sheet pans and includes four wire racks with 3-1/8 inches of tray spacing. This oven features digital controls and an electronic timer for precise cooking management. The safe-touch vented side-hinged door allows for easy access, while the single directional low-velocity fan ensures even cooking. It also comes with 3 inches of adjustable stainless steel feet for stability. The oven is NSF and ETL certified, ensuring it meets high standards for quality and performance.
