The hotLOGIX Holding & Transport Cabinet-HL7 Series is designed as a single full-height compartment with excellent insulation. It accommodates either 24 pans measuring 12 inches by 20 inches or 12 pans measuring 18 inches by 26 inches, featuring universal pan slides for versatility. The cabinet is equipped with two solid Dutch doors and mechanical controls for ease of operation. A top-mount forced air heating system ensures efficient temperature maintenance, while the stainless steel construction provides durability and ease of cleaning.
