It is equipped with one self-closing lockable door and includes one adjustable heavy-duty epoxy-coated wire shelf. The table comes with eight Lexan 1/6 pans and boasts a bright white aluminum liner complemented by a full stainless steel floor with coved corners. A durable full-length cutting board measuring 5/8 inches enhances its utility. Operating with R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, this prep table maintains a temperature range of 33 °F to 41 °F. Additionally, it is fitted with a Nema 5-15P plug and carries cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certifications. A comprehensive warranty covers three full years of parts and labor, along with a five-year warranty for the compressor.
