The Mega Top Refrigerated Sandwich/Salad Prep Table offers a spacious 60-inch width and 30.0 cu.ft. of storage capacity. It features two self-closing, lockable doors and comes equipped with two adjustable, heavy-duty epoxy-coated wire shelves. This unit includes 16 Lexan 1/6 pans and boasts a bright white aluminum liner with a full stainless steel floor that has coved corners for easy cleaning. A full-length heavy-duty 5/8-inch cutting board is also part of the design. It utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and maintains a temperature range of 33 °F to 41 °F. The prep table is powered by a Nema 5-15P plug and is certified cETLus and ETL-Sanitation. Additionally, it comes with a 3-year warranty covering parts and labor, alongside a 5-year warranty for the compressor.
