The SteamChef 3 Convection Steamer is a boilerless electric countertop model featuring a single compartment that accommodates three full-size pans. It is equipped with SureCook controls and a 60-minute electro-mechanical timer, along with a manual continuous steaming bypass switch for convenience. The unit has a left-hand hinged door with controls positioned on the right side, as well as automatic drain and water level controls. Its KleanShield interior ensures easy maintenance, while the stainless steel exterior offers durability. The steamer stands on four adjustable legs and operates at 12kW. It is certified by UL, cUL, and holds ENERGY STAR ® approval.
