It features two decks, each measuring 16-1/2 inches in width, 16-1/2 inches in depth, and 7-1/2 inches in height, capable of accommodating two 8-inch pizzas or one 12-inch pizza per deck. With a maximum operating temperature of 842 °F (450 °C) and independent top and bottom heating controls, this oven ensures precise cooking. The refractory brick baking chamber is surrounded by fiberglass insulation for optimal heat retention. Enhanced accessibility is provided by a panoramic glass door and interior lighting for better visibility. The oven includes mechanical temperature control and a safety thermostat for added security. Built with durable stainless steel construction, it is also stackable, allowing you to combine up to four decks.
