The Compact Pro Pizza Oven is a deck-type, electric model featuring a single deck measuring 20 inches wide, 20 inches deep, and 7.5 inches high. It has the capacity to accommodate either a 12-inch or a 16-inch pizza and can reach a maximum operating temperature of 842 °F (450 °C). This oven comes equipped with independent heating controls for both the top and bottom, and its refractory brick baking chamber is insulated with fiberglass.
