The Compact Pro Pizza Oven is a deck-type electric model featuring two decks, each measuring 20 inches in width, 20 inches in depth, and 7.5 inches in height. Each deck can accommodate a 12-inch or 16-inch pizza. With a maximum operating temperature of 842 °F (450 °C), this oven boasts independent heating controls for the top and bottom. The refractory brick baking chamber is insulated with fiberglass, while a panoramic glass door and interior lighting enhance visibility during cooking. It includes mechanical temperature control and a safety thermostat for added security. Constructed from stainless steel, this oven is stackable with the capability to add up to four decks. It operates at 4.6 kW, requiring 208V/60/1-phase electrical supply and 22 amps. Certified by cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, this oven is proudly made in Italy.
