It can accommodate up to four 12-inch pizzas or one 16-inch pizza per deck. With a maximum operating temperature of 842 °F (450 °C), this oven offers independent top and bottom heating controls for precise cooking. It features a refractory brick baking chamber with fiberglass insulation for enhanced heat retention, along with a panoramic glass door and interior lighting for easy monitoring. The mechanical temperature control and safety thermostat ensure optimal operation. Made of durable stainless steel, this oven is stackable up to four decks high and operates at 5.6 kW on a 208v/60/1-ph electrical supply, drawing 27 amps.
