The Compact Pro Pizza Oven is a deck-type electric oven featuring a spacious 28 in W x 28 in D x 7-1/2 in H deck. It can accommodate four 12-inch pizzas or two 16-inch pizzas at a maximum operating temperature of 842 °F (450 °C). With independent top and bottom heating controls, this oven ensures optimal baking performance. It is designed with a refractory brick baking chamber and fiberglass insulation for excellent heat retention. The panoramic glass door provides visibility during the cooking process, while interior lighting enhances usability. Mechanical temperature control and a safety thermostat are included for added convenience and safety. Constructed from durable stainless steel and stackable up to four decks, this oven operates at 3.2 kW on a 208/240V/60/1-phase electrical system with 14.5 amps. It is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, and proudly made in Italy.
