The Compact Pro Pizza Oven is a deck-type, electric oven featuring two decks measuring 28 inches wide, 28 inches deep, and 7.5 inches high. Each deck can accommodate either four 12-inch pizzas or two 16-inch pizzas. With a maximum operating temperature of 842 °F (450 °C), this oven offers independent heating controls for both the top and bottom. It boasts a refractory brick baking chamber, fiberglass insulation, and a panoramic glass door with interior lighting for optimal viewing. The mechanical temperature control and safety thermostat ensure precise baking, while the stainless steel construction provides durability. The oven is stackable, allowing for the addition of up to four decks. With a power output of 6.4 kW, it operates on a 208/240V/60/3-phase system drawing 18 amps.
