It is equipped with easyDial programmable controls and a digital display that can store up to 99 cooking recipes across 9 stages. The appliance offers four cooking modes: hot air, steam, combi-steam, and retherm. A multi-point core temperature probe ensures precision, while the five-speed auto-reversing fan promotes even cooking. Included are (5) wire shelves, a triple-pane right-hinged door, an LED light, and an anti-microbial hygienic door handle. A pull-out spray hose and the ConvoClean+ fully automatic hands-free cleaning system make maintenance convenient. This unit boasts stainless steel construction and is UL-Listed as ventless (subject to local codes), meeting cULus and NSF standards.
