It features easyDial programmable controls with a digital display and can store up to 9 cooking recipes across 99 stages. The appliance offers four cooking modes: hot air, steam, combi-steam, and retherm. Additional capabilities include a multi-point core temperature probe and a five-speed auto-reversing fan. It is equipped with an LED light and a triple-pane right-hinged door that includes an anti-microbial hygienic handle for added safety. The unit comes with (3) wire shelves, a pull-out spray hose, and the ConvoClean+ fully automatic hands-free cleaning system. Constructed from stainless steel, it is UL-Listed ventless (local codes prevail) and also holds cULus and NSF certifications.
