This electric combi oven/steamer features a boilerless design with the capacity to hold either six 18 in x 26 in full-size sheet pans or twelve 12 in x 20 in x 1 in hotel pans. It comes equipped with easyDial programmable controls and a digital display, allowing for 9-stage cooking and storage of up to 99 recipes. Four different cooking modes are available: hot air, steam, combi-steam, and retherm. It includes a multi-point core temperature probe and a five-speed auto-reversing fan for optimal cooking results. The LED light illuminates the interior, while the triple-pane right-hinged door is designed with an anti-microbial hygienic handle. Additional features include three wire shelves, a pull-out spray hose, and the ConvoClean+ fully automatic hands-free cleaning system. Constructed from stainless steel, this unit is UL-listed and does not require a vent hood, in accordance with local codes.
