The EZ Steam Convection Steamer is an efficient electric countertop appliance designed without a boiler. With a 24-inch width and a single compartment, it accommodates three 12 x 20 pans. This steamer features manual fill and drain operation alongside electromechanical controls. Its design includes removable stainless steel pan supports and a steam diffuser plate, complemented by indicator lights for easy monitoring. A 60-minute electric timer with an audible alarm enhances functionality, while the low water indicator light and audible alert ensure safe operation. The unit is equipped with a door interlock switch and a positive lock and seal spring release door for added security. This model comes with a 16 oz. QuickClean treatment and is constructed with a 316 stainless steel liner and a 304 stainless steel exterior. It stands on 4-inch adjustable legs and meets cCSAus and NSF certification standards, as well as ENERGY STAR efficiency requirements.
