The EZ Steam Convection Steamer is an electric countertop unit designed for efficient cooking without the need for a boiler. With a width of 24 inches, it features a single compartment that can accommodate up to five 12 x 20 pans. The steamer operates via manual fill and drain, controlled through electromechanical controls. It includes removable stainless steel pan supports and a steam diffuser plate for ease of use. Essential features such as indicator lights, a 60-minute electric timer, and an audible alarm enhance functionality. Additionally, it has a low water indicator light with an audible alarm and a door interlock switch for safety. The positive lock and seal spring release door ensures a secure closure. This model comes with a 16 oz. QuickClean treatment and boasts a durable 316 stainless steel liner alongside a 304 stainless steel exterior. It is supported by 4-inch adjustable legs and carries cCSAus, NSF, and ENERGY STAR certifications.
