The EZ Steam Convection Steamer is a boillerless electric countertop unit designed for efficiency and versatility. Measuring 18-1/8 inches in width, it features a single compartment with a capacity for three 12 x 20 pans. The unit operates on a manual fill and drain system and includes electromechanical controls for ease of use. Removable stainless steel pan supports and a steam diffuser plate enhance its functionality. It is equipped with indicator lights, a 60-minute electric timer with an audible alarm, and a low water indicator light, also accompanied by an audible alarm for added safety. The door interlock switch, coupled with a positive lock and seal spring release door, ensures secure operation. This model is supplied with a 16 oz. QuickClean treatment and is constructed with a 316 stainless steel liner and a 304 stainless steel exterior. It stands on 4-inch adjustable legs and meets cCSAus, NSF, and ENERGY STAR certifications.
