It features one door, a stainless steel top with a polyethylene cutting board, and includes eight 1/6 size plastic pans for easy food organization. The interior sides are constructed from durable ABS material, while the front and sides are made of stainless steel for enhanced durability and hygiene. Equipped with 5-inch casters (two of which are locking) for easy mobility, this unit also boasts a front-breathing, rear-mounted refrigeration system powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 0.35 hp compressor.
