The DIHR hood-type dishwasher is designed for high efficiency, processing up to 30 racks of 20 in x 20 in per hour. It features two wash cycles with durations of 120 and 180 seconds, and is equipped with split interchangeable stainless steel wash and rinse arms. Additional components include detergent and rinse aid pumps, a triple-screen overflow and drain pump, and an anti-drip roof panel. The dishwasher operates with convenient hood-operated start and stop functions and boasts a robust double-walled 304 stainless steel construction along with a stainless steel boiler. The unit comes complete with three racks and two cutlery cylinders. Certifications include NSF, ETL, and CSA, making it suitable for both straight-through and corner applications.
