The DN Series Pizza Oven is an electric, deck-type model featuring two spacious decks measuring 28-1/4 inches in width, 28-1/4 inches in depth, and 5-1/2 inches in height. This oven accommodates up to eight 12-inch pizzas or two 18-inch pizzas, reaching a maximum operating temperature of 842 °F (500 °C). It boasts a refractory brick baking surface for optimal cooking. Each deck comes with independent top and bottom temperature controls, a digital control panel complete with a baking timer and cool down timer, and a panoramic glass door that provides a clear view of the cooking process. Additional features include interior lighting, self-ignition, preset cooking programs for each deck, cooling fans, a safety thermostat, a patented heat seal between the door and baking chamber, and a built-in heat recovery system.
