The Economy Pizza Dough Press features a manual, clamshell design accommodating pizzas up to 18 inches in diameter. It is equipped with uncoated upper and lower aluminum platens, with the upper platen heating to 200 °F. This model includes digital timer and temperature controls, as well as infinite thickness adjustment for optimal results. An illuminated power on/off switch and heat indicator light enhance usability. The durable powder-coated white finish adds to its aesthetics, while it operates at 1150 watts and 9.8 amps on a 120v/60/1-ph power supply (NEMA 5-15P). This product meets CE, cETLus, and ETL-Sanitation standards and is proudly made in the USA.
