The Artisan Stone Single Deck Oven is an electric model designed for optimized performance with its Ecomode energy miser/governor feature. This oven boasts a stone hearth baking deck with a pan capacity of one for end loading. With a standard deck height of 8 inches, it offers programmable controls for each deck, reaching a maximum temperature of 600 °F. It includes independent upper and lower deck elements and self-contained steam injection for each deck. Additionally, the oven comes with heavy-duty legs and casters for easy mobility and is certified by ETL-Sanitation, cETLus, CE, and ISO.
